Dont shop Instacart with Lowes
Dont shop Instacart with Lowes Elizabeth at California Highland store (head cashier claiming to be manager) said that they will refuse a return it and will not allow you to act like a normal consumer.

Closed My Lowe's Account
After 20+ years of business with Lowe's I have closed my account over an awful experience at the Lowe's in Bartow, FL. The manager, Trina, is rude, condescending and unprofessional. I certainly don't need to shop there.

My family bought a new fridge and…
My family bought a new fridge and dishwasher from Lowe’s. The first issue came with on the original delivery date when they entered the wrong address, when they showed up to said address they called for a second and hung up to ask us they were at the wrong address they left and came back Thursday with the fridge and dishwasher. They brought them in and the fridge was the wrong one and completely dented. This is bull and they won’t communicate with us about the issues we have had our food goes more and more rotten as the days pass.

We purchased deck boards and materials…
We purchased deck boards and materials for a 29' x 38' deck back in 2021. The deck was completed within a month of material being delivered. First, we had to return an entire pallet of material that was far too warped to use. BUT-then the next spring (2022) the deck boards began to shrink and twist so much so that the screws are being pulled up out of the joist boards. We called and called last year- even went in to the store- and was told by Lowe's, Lowe's managers and even their wood supplier that there was NOTHING they could do. WHAT??? I realize wood is subject to the elements- but not like this. They saw our pictures, but would not even send anyone out to have a look. They questioned how it was built- but never bothered to come see it for themselves. THOUSANDS of dollars wasted-Lowe's will not even acknowledge the issue! DO NOT go to LOWE'S. We now have to replace every deck board due to their terrible product. We will be going back to Menards! We will NEVER stray again! Oh, and just because they asked- I will tell you- this is only about the tenth deck we have built-so not rookies!

I ordered a side side LG Refrigerator
I ordered a side side LG Refrigerator, it was supposed to be delivered the next following week. They showed with to wrong one. So they left and never came back. I received a phone call three days later, and was told that the one I ordered wasn't in stock. So I bought one at home depot.Guest what, Lowes charged my lowes credit card for One Hundred and Eighty Four Dollars. does that make sense?How did this happen. Thanks alot.

Purchased two countertops online pick…
Purchased two countertops online pick up in store. Realized that they were mitered the wrong way and went back to store 2 hours later to be told I could not exchange or put on gift card even though I had a receipt. Was told they have no exchange policy and so they proceeded to refund the money to the credit card. Two thumbs down!

I visited my local Lowe's Hardware here…
I visited my local Lowe's Hardware here in Gastonia NC a few times these past couple week. There was a young man named Zack in the garden center. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience and that I had everything I needed and more. He even took the time to make sure that all that retaining wall that weighed atleast 400 pounds was evenly distributed in my car. Some in the trunk in both back floor boards and passenger floor board while i weighed the drivers seat down.Something I had not thought of. Great customer service.

4th of July appliance sale only a deal for Lowe's
Never buy major appliances from this store. They subcontract delivery to Retail Direct, who then subcontracts delivery to smaller outfits. Lowe's takes no responsibility for the damage to your home that these delivery companies cause. They also do not disclose this subcontracting on their website. There is also no inspection to make sure these appliances arrive in working order. They are dropped off from a truck without protective wrapping and are taken into your home. In my case, after hooking it up, the delivery people made the decision to turn on a defective washer, then left it running unattended. Flooded the laundry room and kitchen, neighbor found it going hours later. Lowe's refunded the washer. All damages from the defective appliance are my problem. If you like gambling where the most you can win is a working appliance that you have purchased, then go for it. Better off dealing with a small local company or a warehouse club with a better customer loyalty program.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ON PURPOSE
Actually, we have had several bad experiences with the Lowes Atlanta Edgewood customer service. The one last night takes the cake and made me come out and post reviews. Last weekend we purchased patio furniture to be delivered. I was told they would email me my receipt and I would receive and email about delivery. After 3 days, received nothing. Called store at 2pm thinking they should not be busy. Immediately put on hold. Waited 20 minutes and then called back. Immediately put on hold, waited 25 minutes. Called back again and was on hold for 30 minutes this time. At dinner discussed with my spouse and we decided to drive all the way there to find out about our order. I decided to call while on our way. Actually, got to talk to a person. She took my info and put me on hold. We arrived 18.5 mins later. No customers were in line. Customer service rep was just standing there looking dumb. The phone was constantly bleeping. They provided terrible customer service on purpose. This isn't the only time we have had issues. We will now drive several miles further to the Home Depot. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ACTUALLY HATE THEIR CUSTOMERS AND PROVIDE TERRIBLE SERVICE ON PURPOSE!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM LOWE'S -- took 4…
DO NOT BUY FROM LOWE'S -- took 4 attempts to deliver a fridge and they lied to me saying that I would get a 10% discount -- once the product was delivered -- this is a first - they refused to honor their word!!! Even the final delivery came late and they refused to install the water line because it was plastic. I wasted so much time on a Living on endless calls trying to figure out for 4 separate times -- when the product was going to be delivered. The first time they canceled the entire order without even telling me. The second time they failed to come - during a 12 hour window. 3 rd wrong truck and they came before the scheduled and last attempt they came 2 hours AFTER the delivery window. A supervisor got me to keep the order offering a discount that was never honored. I’ve called and they refuse because the fridge dropped in price before it was delivered (by attempt #3) and they literally lied to me to get the sale. save yourself the hassle - DO NOT BUY at LOWES

No, that's wrong. Call, get it canceled then reorder. I ordered a couple of things lately from Lowe's. They had them ready for pickup the same day. There is something wrong with your order.

Good luck! We ordered appliances in-store, and after a month Lowes failed to deliver them. We finally got our money back and ordered elsewhere and the appliances were delivered in three days. I would cancel your order and look elsewhere.

Is Lowe's a scam or a legit company?

One of the reasons that we purchased our garage door opener from Lowe's was because we were told that they had a contractor that would be installing it, or at least we were told that they did. Three times we had an appointment set up to have the contractor come out and do the installation. Three times it was a, "no show" with no explanation. When we inquired to Lowe's about this, their response was, "I guess that they were overbooked." We then called Lowe's at their main office. They told us that they would look into the matter and get back to us. That was almost 3 weeks ago, still no response. Our time is worth something to us too!

Lowe's is a legit company but I feel like certain items like their appliances are a scam or at least they are not ethical when it comes to the appliances.
